By purchasing from A&O Illuminated Scents, you agree to adhere to our terms and conditions, which govern the sale of our candles, melts, and burners. All products are handcrafted, and while we strive for consistency, slight variations may occur, reflecting the unique nature of each item. No returns on change of mind items, however, if an item is damaged or faulty it must be reported within 48 hours. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. A&O Illuminated Scents reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
